Any Gwangju citizen can participate in proposing policies aimed at the happiness of citizens and the development of Gwangju during the 8th term.
Citizens wishing to propose policies can click the banner provided on the Baro Communication website, fill out basic personal information, and then submit their proposals.

Chairman Kim Junha said, “In line with the philosophy of elected mayor Kang Gijeong, who aims to change Gwangju confidently and swiftly together with citizens, it is more important than anything to set the policy direction of the 8th term in a way that citizens empathize with and desire,” adding, “We will incorporate diverse opinions from citizens into city administration to establish Gwangju’s future vision and development plans.”
Meanwhile, elected mayor Kang Gijeong has been operating the “New Gwangju Era Preparation Committee,” composed of field experts practicing practical and realistic approaches in various sectors, since the 7th to create a new policy direction for the 8th term.
