The training is themed "Making Premium Lunchboxes Using Hapcheon Agricultural Products" and consists of both theoretical and practical sessions.
Using main ingredients such as onions, potatoes, and garlic, which are mainly produced in Hapcheon, the course offers cooking processes for simple yet sophisticated lunchbox menus, beverages, and desserts that match the recent popular outing trends like tourism and camping.
The program includes four main lunchboxes such as onion rice topped with grilled chicken wings, potato and onion fries and fruit salad to accompany hamburgers, and lotus leaf rice lunchboxes with beef rolls as side dishes, as well as desserts like nut pies.
