The event is organized to promote coexistence with Incheon cultural artists who have faced difficulties due to COVID-19 and to transform Incheon Startup Park into an open space for citizens.
First, the 'Spark Festival' cultural performances will be held on October 11-12, followed by the 'All Day Picnic - Pet Dog Sports Day' on October 18-19.
The Pet Dog Sports Day is planned so that dog owners in Incheon can enjoy various programs with their pets, and a raffle event will be held for citizens participating in the event.
Additionally, in September, the 'All Day Picnic - Spooky Spooky Picnic' will be held, featuring various horror experience spaces such as a haunted house to arouse curiosity among the so-called MZ generation. At the same time, a 'Curiosity Market' is planned to create spaces that stimulate children's curiosity and provide a place for adults to trade secondhand goods.
Performances from the Spark Festival will be available for viewing on the official YouTube channel of Incheon Startup Park after the event concludes.
