According to the legal community on the 2nd, in September last year, Judge Ryu Hee-hyun of the Seoul Central District Court Civil Division 206 ruled in favor of the plaintiff in a damages lawsuit filed by the victims of the 'Baksa Bang' sexual exploitation materials against Jo Joo-bin and Nam Kyung-eup.

Jo Joo-bin did not appeal, and Nam Kyung-eup withdrew his appeal on the 19th of last month, confirming the ruling as final. Meanwhile, Jo Joo-bin is currently serving a 42-year prison sentence confirmed by the Supreme Court in October last year. Nam Kyung-eup's 15-year prison sentence was confirmed last month.
