Daishin Securities, Public REIT Fund Balance Surpasses 100 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] Daishin Securities' public offering-type REITs fund balance surpassed 100 billion KRW on the 27th.
As of this day, Daishin Securities' total sales balance of REITs fund of funds stands at 135.4 billion KRW. It has been two years since they began actively selling REITs funds in June 2020. During the same period, the domestic balance size of REITs fund of funds increased by approximately 400 billion KRW.
Daishin Securities has sold a total of 13 types of REITs funds, including Daishin Global REITs Real Estate Fund, Aegis Global High Dividend REITs Real Estate Fund, Mirae Balance REITs Real Estate Fund, and Samsung J-REITs Real Estate Fund.
Daishin Securities analyzed that launching various services and products related to REITs led to strengthened sales competitiveness. They enhanced customer consultation capabilities through REITs-related online seminars. The REITs product lineup was also composed mainly of large asset management companies with post-management and sales support capabilities.
