View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Shinhan Bank signed a business agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety on the 27th to provide the national secretary notification service ‘Guppi’.
Guppi is a service that proactively notifies citizens of daily administrative information through mobile applications frequently used by the public. It is a representative administrative system of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety used by one in four citizens.
According to the agreement, Shinhan Bank will connect 23 types of notification application, reception, and payment services such as health checkup guidance, driver’s license renewal, dormant deposits, and traffic fine payments to Shinhan SOL. Any customer who has joined SOL as a national secretary within the electronic wallet or simple services can use it. An event providing My Shinhan Points to the first 200,000 customers who apply for notifications will also be held until the 30th of next month.
