View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The Korea Iron & Steel Association announced on the 26th that it has signed a 'Business Agreement for Electrical Safety in the Steel Industry' with the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation.
According to this agreement, the Steel Association and the Electrical Safety Corporation will work together to eliminate hazards in the steel industry sites to prevent electrical accidents and establish a safety management system.
Specifically, they will promote accident prevention based on safety consulting, technical support such as accident investigation and cause analysis, provision of safety education, joint research and development cooperation, implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, and mutual cooperation for the development of both organizations.
