Busan Ulsan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters of NHIS and Gaya University Sign Community Integrated Care Agreement
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] The Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters of the National Health Insurance Service signed a business agreement with Gaya University on the 23rd to more efficiently promote the community integrated care project being pursued by the Service.
Since 2019, the Service has been implementing various projects targeting the elderly and care workers, focusing on leading areas of the community integrated care pilot project.
Gaya University, centered on the Rehabilitation Welfare Specialization Project Group, provides health promotion and exercise rehabilitation programs for local residents and professional education programs for workers.
Through this agreement, the university will plan, develop, and operate customized health, exercise, and cognitive programs, while the Service will oversee the overall project, creating an opportunity for the two institutions to mutually cooperate for the establishment of community integrated care.
