Yujin Investment & Securities, US Stock Pre-Market Trading Hours Expansion Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Eugene Investment & Securities announced on the 23rd that it will hold a chicken giveaway event to coincide with the expansion of U.S. stock pre-market trading hours.
Starting today, Eugene Investment & Securities will move up the start time for U.S. stock pre-market trading. Previously, the pre-market trading service was available from 7:00 PM until the regular market opened at 10:30 PM, but it will now begin two hours earlier at 5:00 PM (based on daylight saving time). After-market trading hours remain unchanged, from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Additionally, a chicken giveaway event will be held. From today until June 30, customers holding online (non-face-to-face) accounts who trade more than 1 million KRW worth of U.S. stocks through the pre-market will be entered into a drawing to receive BBQ chicken. A total of 200 winners will be selected, and the prizes are scheduled to be distributed on July 15.
