NH Nonghyup Life Holds Customer Panel Meeting to Improve Customer Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] NH Nonghyup Life Insurance announced on the 19th that it held a welcome event for the recruitment of customer panels and the first meeting at the Nonghyup Life Insurance Building located in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
The customer panel system actively reflects customers' opinions in products and services and serves as a communication channel. The 7th panel selected this time consists of a record high of 40 members (10 customer panels and 30 online panels).
The customer panels directly subscribed to the online insurance provided by Nonghyup Life Insurance and suggested improvements and development directions for the online subscription website and subscription process.
Through the first assignment, the customer panels listened to customer opinions related to non-face-to-face services such as online insurance and new products, and are currently reviewing 29 customer opinions.
