Hapcheon County Council Issues Operational Guidelines for 'Public Officials Conflict of Interest Prevention System'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Hapcheon County Council in Gyeongnam issued the "Hapcheon County Council Public Officials' Conflict of Interest Prevention System Operation Guidelines" starting from the 19th, following the enforcement of the "Public Officials' Conflict of Interest Prevention Act."
These guidelines were established in the form of Hapcheon County Council regulations based on the recommendations from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.
The guidelines include various regulations that public officials must comply with when performing duties involving private stakeholders, such as the operation of conflict of interest prevention officers, setting the scope of private stakeholders, and measures related to reporting, disqualification, and recusal.
