Incheon TP Supports Global Expansion by Matching SW Convergence Companies with Global Talent
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) is recruiting companies to participate in the 'Global Customized Talent Matching Program' until the 26th.
This program connects Incheon-based SW (software) convergence companies with global talents (foreigners and Korean students who have lived abroad for more than 3 years) from universities to support their entry into overseas markets.
The global talents consist of students from universities in the Incheon area, including Korea State University of New York, Korea George Mason University, Ghent University Global Campus, University of Utah Asia Campus, Incheon National University, and Inha University.
They are assigned to companies for two months during the summer vacation to handle localization projects of company products and services, such as market analysis of export target countries, local consumer trends, and preference surveys.
Incheon TP plans to select 10 SW convergence companies and support up to 3.2 million KRW per person for two months of labor costs for global talents.
