Busan Volunteer Center Issues Nation's First Blockchain-Based Mobile Volunteer Privilege Card
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Volunteers can now receive preferential cards through B-PASS, a blockchain-based mobile application by the Busan Volunteer Center.
The 'Volunteer Preferential Card' available through B-PASS expands the service from the previous mobile card issued via the Busan Volunteer Center website to an app-based issuance.
The B-PASS preferential card enhances accessibility and security with blockchain-based identity verification technology, allowing safe use without the risk of theft.
The cards come in two types: ▲ Discount Merchant Card ▲ Public Parking Discount Card. Volunteers who meet certain criteria can use them after installing the B-PASS app from Google Play or the App Store.
