[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Young-won] Senior care platform CareDoc announced on the 18th that it has signed a strategic business agreement with home care management company EGM Soft to establish a high-quality care service environment.
CareDoc and EGM Soft, which signed the business agreement last month, plan to maximize the use of each other's capabilities and resources and cooperate mutually. Through this agreement, EGM Soft will provide its home long-term care institution management program, 'EasyCare,' to CareDoc's offline bases, the visiting care centers, to support smooth operations.
Furthermore, CareDoc plans to continuously expand the nationwide use of the EasyCare system. EasyCare is a computerized system that assists with various tasks such as managing care workers, scheduling, and payroll management within visiting care centers.
A CareDoc representative stated, "By introducing EGM's computerized program, which holds over 30% market share in the long-term care market, into CareDoc's visiting care centers, we have established a more convenient and useful service environment. Through this business agreement, CareDoc is expected to not only enhance care services but also strengthen the care worker management system, thereby providing higher quality visiting care services."
