This project is named as a compound word combining the English letter 'L,' symbolizing Lotte, and 'Atti,' meaning close friend. It is a program planned to support the stable social entry of children aging out of care who must leave protective facilities upon turning 18, coinciding with Family Month in May and the 100th anniversary of Children's Day.
Considering the characteristics of Generation Z, who are familiar with IT technology and trends, and the privacy of children aging out of care, the program is conducted using a metaverse space. It provides education such as virtual life experiences, professional psychological counseling, and career planning consulting to children aging out of care who face difficulties in future planning including housing, psychological anxiety, employment, and higher education. Additionally, it supports building a social safety net through employee mentoring and networking activities among children aging out of care.
