Nongshim Launches Veggie Garden Vegan Bulgogi Fried Rice
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Nongshim Group announced on the 18th that it has newly launched two new products under its vegan brand ‘Veggie Garden’: ‘Savory Bulgogi Fried Rice’ and ‘Spicy Kimchi Bulgogi Fried Rice.’
Veggie Garden Bulgogi Fried Rice is characterized by the use of plant-based bulgogi and vegetables. In particular, the company’s independently developed alternative meat manufacturing technology replicates the unique taste and texture of bulgogi, and the special seasoning enhances the flavor, making it delicious not only for vegans but also for general consumers. The Spicy Kimchi Bulgogi Fried Rice boasts a clean taste using vegan kimchi. It can be easily enjoyed by cooking in a frying pan or microwave.
Nongshim also launched its first chicken alternative meat product, ‘Veggie Garden Fried Chicken.’ This product preserves the unique fibrous texture, mouthfeel, and structure of chicken. It is shaped like a bite-sized chicken drumstick and is mainly planned to be supplied to group catering and franchise restaurants.
