[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] KT&G announced on the 17th that it has launched an employee support program encouraging the recovery of daily life for its members in celebration of Family Month.
Starting from the 13th, this event was organized to help all employees who have faced difficulties due to COVID-19 infection, work absences, family infections, and more, supporting their healthy lives and emotional stability.
KT&G created and distributed the "Cheer Up KT&G Kit," which includes products for fatigue recovery, immune system enhancement, and personal hygiene management, to its employees. Additionally, through CEO support cards, messages of encouragement were delivered to employees who continued working under challenging conditions caused by COVID-19.
This KT&G employee support program is part of the in-house "Gahwamansa(社)seong" initiative. "Gahwamansa(社)seong," meaning "When the family is harmonious, all company affairs go well," is a family-friendly program KT&G has operated since 2017 to support the balance between work and family life.
