DL E&C 'e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Centerpoint' June Sale

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL E&C announced on the 17th that it plans to sell 'e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Center Point' in Block 19 of Eco Delta City, Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City in June. This complex is a first-tier brand apartment supplied to Eco Delta City.

e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Center Point will be developed with 15 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 19 above-ground floors, totaling 953 households. The exclusive area ranges from 68 to 84㎡, with all units mainly composed of small to medium-sized units preferred by residents. The number of households by type is ▲68㎡A 18 units ▲68㎡B 6 units ▲71㎡A 9 units ▲79㎡A 71 units ▲79㎡B 138 units ▲84㎡A 457 units ▲84㎡B 68 units ▲84㎡C 183 units ▲84㎡P 3 units.

Busan Eco Delta City is a project developed by Busan Metropolitan City, Korea Water Resources Corporation, and Busan Urban Corporation, covering 11.7㎢ (approximately 3.56 million pyeong) in Gangdong-dong, Myeongji-dong, and Daejeo 2-dong, Gangseo-gu. Eco Delta City is expected to supply a total of 33 complexes with about 26,000 households (approximately 76,000 residents).

Eco Delta City is planned as a national smart city pilot city. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Korea Water Resources Corporation, a total of five major innovation clusters will be established, including a healthcare robot cluster, public autonomous innovation cluster, thermal energy cluster, water energy science village, and Shin Hallyu AR/VR cluster.

e-Pyeonhansesang Eco Delta Center Point applies a curtain wall look design to part of the complex exterior. Also, only the minimum load-bearing walls such as those in the kitchen and bathroom remain, and variable walls are used between rooms to create a three-dimensional space.
