EdisonEV "Withdrawal of Creditor's Bankruptcy Petition"
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] EdisonEV announced on the 9th that the bankruptcy application was dismissed due to the applicant's withdrawal.
Earlier, EdisonEV stated that regarding the bankruptcy application received on the 4th, they would make efforts through consultations with the applicant to ensure that no unforeseen damages are caused to any creditors.
The total amount requested by the creditors in the bankruptcy petition was 3.6 billion KRW, and EdisonEV believed that considering the claimed amount and the current situation, the likelihood of the bankruptcy application being accepted was very low.
