At the town hall meeting with employees held at the 11st Seoul Square office building that afternoon, CEO Ha said, "Simply strengthening and innovating by adding a little to what has been built so far cannot make us a leading business driving the market," and added, "To achieve sustainable growth as a completely different version of 11st, we will focus all strategies and investments for growth, including cooperation with various domestic and international partners."
CEO Ha emphasized that 11st will achieve balanced growth centered on four areas this year: strengthening competitiveness of the Amazon Global Store, expanding the direct purchase business, synergy and securing loyal customers through the connection of SK Telecom's subscription product Uju Pass, Amazon, and 11st, and providing differentiated services based on competitiveness in the open market sector.
Since CEO Ha's appointment, 11st has reorganized its structure into C-level organizations by area. Through this, each organization secured a fast decision-making system and strengthened responsible management to actively promote the company's new growth.
