Public Procurement Service Innovative Product Pilot Purchase Project Selects 18 Institutions in Gwangju and Jeonnam Regions
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Regional Public Procurement Service announced on the 4th that 18 institutions in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions were selected as a result of the matching for the '2022 2nd Innovative Product Pilot Purchase Project.'
The Innovative Product Pilot Purchase Project is a system in which the Public Procurement Service acts as the first purchaser to directly buy innovative products and provide them for use by government and public institutions, thereby creating use cases for innovative products to promote their purchase by the public sector and feeding back results to companies to support further development.
As a result of the matching, 18 institutions including Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do were selected for pilot use in the region, and the innovative products to be pilot purchased include three products such as the 'Sensory Virtual Reality Dementia Care Service Platform' by Human IT Solution Co., Ltd. located in Mokpo, Jeonnam.
