KB Securities Targets MZ Generation... 'Kkaebi Securities' New Advertisement On Air
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] KB Securities announced on the 3rd that it will launch a new advertising campaign to communicate with the MZ generation and build a differentiated brand image.
KB Securities selected "Kkaebi Securities" as a brand nickname to newly communicate with the MZ generation. This is a concept of a 'sub-character' aimed at approaching the MZ generation, who are emerging as new investors, in a more familiar and comfortable way.
"Kkaebi Securities" uses the slogan "Invest in a snap!" to match the nickname "Kkaebi," conveying the message that KB Securities will make stock investment easy and simple for the MZ generation who are just starting to invest in stocks.
In the new advertisement, singer AKMU, who resonates with and is supported by the MZ generation with lyrics about youth, thoughts, and daily life and a confident image, was selected as the model. This breaks away from KB Securities' conventional image and expresses the image of "Kkaebi Securities" through AKMU's youthful and stylish image.
Additionally, the advertisement intuitively showcases services provided to customers by KB Securities, including the MTS "M-able mini (Mable Mini)" which offers an easy-to-view screen layout for simple investments, "Global One Market" which allows easier investment in overseas stocks using Korean won, and "Fractional Trading" which enables small-amount overseas stock investments.
A KB Securities official said, "We prepared this new advertising campaign so that those who are new to stock investment, like the MZ generation, can approach 'Kkaebi Securities' more easily by shedding the typical stiff image of securities companies."
