Imsil-gun Offers Abundant Attractions Including Performances and Flea Market for Family Month

[Imsil=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk, is operating various performances and flea markets at Imsil Cheese Theme Park in celebration of Family Month in May.

The county announced on the 3rd that it has prepared various attractions and entertainment, including the Family Month event and the Imsil N Cheese flea market at Imsil Cheese Theme Park.

The event, which will be held for four days from the 5th to the 8th, will feature 12 different experience booths such as treasure hunts, tall character and mascot performances, Nanta and Pinocchio special performances, and balloon making, providing great fun and enjoyment for children.

Pinwheels harmonizing with the surrounding scenery will be installed on the Wind Hill and walking trails to offer healing time for family visitors.

At the Imsil N Cheese flea market event, a lively and vibrant sharing market will be held with busking performances alongside the sale of 55 different products including accessories, wooden crafts, local agricultural specialties, and snacks.

The May Family Month event at Imsil Cheese Theme Park is part of the Jeollabuk-do 1 City/County 1 Representative Tourist Destination Development Project.

The county expects that various experience programs, performances, and events for family visitors during May’s Family Month will comfort visitors weary from COVID-19 and revitalize their daily lives.

Even after the event period, visitors can enjoy various cultural performances such as European costume cosplay where they can try on and experience European-style clothing, magic shows, puppet shows, and balloons at Imsil Cheese Theme Park in celebration of Family Month.

Additionally, a package combining survival games and cheese experiences will be available at a 20% discounted price.

We hope to revitalize local tourism, which has been stagnant due to COVID-19, and bring vitality to daily life with diverse attractions and entertainment.”
