Tuition Support for One Semester Upon Full-Time Employment
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 2nd that they are recruiting for the "2022 First Half Recruitment-Conversion Woowa Intern."
The positions available are ▲Product Manager (PM) ▲Business Planning ▲Marketing ▲MD ▲Video PD ▲Social Contribution, among others. The recruitment scale is about 30 people.
The Woowa Intern program consists of programs that allow interns to improve their practical skills and collaboration abilities by performing tasks closely related to the field through mentoring. Various training sessions are also provided to help interns adapt and increase their understanding of the job.
The internship will run for a total of 8 weeks from July 28 to August 19. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join as full-time employees through a conversion review after completing the internship program.
Applications can be submitted from 2 PM on the day of the announcement until 6 PM on the 13th. Anyone aged 19 or older who can join as a full-time employee before February next year is eligible to apply. Interviews for those who pass the document screening will be held in early next month, and the final successful candidates will be announced in mid-next month.
Woowa Brothers plans to provide successful interns with book gift certificates that can be freely used to purchase books helpful for personal growth, welcome coupons usable in the Baemin application, welcome kits consisting of office supplies necessary for work, and a monthly 100,000 KRW remote education support fund. In particular, for university graduates, scholarships equivalent to the remaining one semester's tuition will be provided on the condition of full-time employment immediately after graduation.
