Sewon ENC, Enters Japanese Game Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Seowon ENC is entering the Japanese game market.
Seowon ENC announced on the 29th that it has started pre-registration for the mobile collection RPG game ‘Changgong Arena’ in Japan. Pre-registration is being conducted on Japan's Apple (iOS) and Android (AOS) platforms.
Changgong Arena ranked 3rd in the weekly rankings based on Japan's Reservation Top Ten aggregation. Reservation Top Ten is a media outlet that covers games scheduled to be released in Japan.
Changgong Arena is the first collection fantasy RPG introduced by Seowon ENC after establishing its game division. It is a game where players collect and grow various characters and form decks through character combinations to engage in battles.
Changgong Arena was released domestically in January this year. It ranked as high as 1st and 3rd in popularity on the Google Play Store and One Store.

A Seowon ENC official said, "The official service for Changgong Arena in Japan will be launched on the 12th of next month," adding, "We have started our leap as a global game company with our entry into Japan and last month's business agreement (MOU) with MangoFun, a Chinese publishing specialist."
