Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 5,069 Units Nationwide in May... 2,357 More Units Than Last Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Twenty-one mid-sized housing companies are scheduled to supply 5,609 housing units nationwide in May.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 29th that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing supply plans for May, 21 companies will supply a total of 5,609 units across 24 projects.
This represents an increase of 2,357 units compared to last month (3,252 units) and a decrease of 8,294 units compared to the same month last year (13,903 units).

By region, Gyeonggi had the highest supply with 1,670 units, followed by Chungbuk with 875 units. Other supplies include ▲Daegu 695 units ▲Jeonbuk 557 units ▲Gyeongbuk 393 units ▲Jeonnam 269 units ▲Seoul 253 units ▲Busan 237 units ▲Chungnam 196 units.
