IBK Securities Conducts Plogging at Yeouido Hangang Park for 'Earth Day'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] IBK Investment & Securities announced on the 22nd that its volunteer group conducted a "Yeouido Hangang Park Plogging" activity to commemorate Earth Day.
Plogging is a compound word of the Swedish "plocka upp," meaning to pick up, and jogging. It is an eco-friendly campaign that combines health and environmental care by picking up trash while walking or jogging.
About 50 executives and employees of the IBK Investment & Securities volunteer group, including CEO Seo Byung-ki, participated in this event, collecting trash for about an hour along the walking paths and lawns near Yeouinaru Station.
