Korea Forest Service and Korea Forestry Promotion Institute Launch Online and Offline Campaign to Boost Spring Wild Vegetable Consumption
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Forest Service announced on the 22nd that it will hold a spring wild vegetable online and offline special exhibition in collaboration with the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute.
The special exhibition involves 54 companies participating and selling fresh wild vegetables such as durup and wild garlic, as well as processed products like pickled and dried wild vegetables, at Naver Shopping, Post Office Shopping, and Orga Whole Foods (online), and Orga Whole Foods and Sangsaeng Sanghoe (offline) stores.
Since the 20th, the event "Seasonal Forest Products Accompaniment - Spring Wild Vegetable Gourmet Journey with Chefs" has also been held concurrently. This event, which will continue until the 7th of next month, provides consumers with the opportunity to directly harvest wild vegetables and participate in cooking classes with famous chefs to obtain information such as recipes.
The Korea Forest Service and the Korea Forestry Promotion Institute are conducting this special exhibition to promote the consumption of spring wild vegetables and open sales channels to support forestry workers, enabling the public to easily purchase and enjoy clean wild vegetables.
