Korea Venture Investment Receives 'Excellent' Grade for 3 Consecutive Years in Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Korea Venture Investment Corporation was awarded the highest grade of excellence in the '2021 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey' announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, marking its third consecutive year as an excellent institution.
The Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey conducted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance to improve the quality of services provided by public institutions. Last year, the survey was conducted on a total of 245 public institutions. Among them, nine institutions, including Korea Venture Investment Corporation, were recognized as excellent institutions for three consecutive years. Korea Venture Investment Corporation was the only one among the 11 public institutions under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Earlier, in June of last year, Korea Venture Investment Corporation announced a new 2030 vision, setting 'Achieving the highest customer satisfaction' as one of its five management goals. To this end, it has made various efforts such as holding company-wide customer service (CS) workshops, setting customer satisfaction performance indicators by department, and establishing an external customer innovation proposal channel.
