Hwasun-gun Calls for Agricultural, Marine Specialties and Processed Foods for 'Governor's Quality Certification'

[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun announced on the 11th that it is recruiting excellent local agricultural, marine special products, and processed foods to participate in the Jeonnam Governor's Quality Certification System until the 22nd.

The Governor's Quality Certification System is a system that certifies the quality of excellent agricultural, marine special products, and processed foods produced in Jeonnam through strict screening.

Certified products are sold at Namdo Market, department stores, large marts, home shopping, etc., contributing to revitalizing the local economy and increasing farmers' and fishermen's income.

Applicants are local resident farmers and fishermen, producer organizations, and manufacturers of agricultural and marine special products who wish to newly certify or whose certification period has expired.

Applications can be submitted to the industrial team of the resident's eup/myeon administrative welfare center by the 22nd.

If selected as a quality-certified product, benefits such as ▲use of the Jeonnam Province integrated trademark for three years ▲support for self-quality inspection fees and product design production costs ▲priority entry opportunities to Namdo Market, Jeonnam's agricultural and marine special products online shopping mall, will be provided.

A county official said, "We will do our best to enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural and marine special products food industry in the untact era by discovering Governor's Quality Certified products based on consumer trust," and added, "We hope for the interest and participation of many competitive companies."

Meanwhile, as of the end of December last year, 46 products from 16 companies in the county have obtained the Governor's Quality Certification, striving for consumer satisfaction and quality management.
