Gwangju National Science Museum Announces Recruitment for Teams to Participate in the 'Mirror Pond Model Boat Creation Contest'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The National Gwangju Science Museum is recruiting additional teams of elementary and middle school students from the Honam region to participate in the "3rd Mirror Pond Model Boat Creation Competition," which will be held until the 14th around Mirror Pond at the National Gwangju Science Museum.
In this competition, teams of two elementary or middle school students from the Honam region, along with one supervising teacher, will participate together to create model boats using the provided materials and compete in actual matches at the museum's Mirror Pond. Those wishing to participate can download the application form from the National Gwangju Science Museum website and submit it via email.
For awards, one team each will be selected for the Grand Prize and Gold Prize, receiving the Gwangju Mayor's Award and the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent's Award, respectively. Four teams receiving honorable mentions will be awarded the National Gwangju Science Museum Director's Award.
