The Ganjeolgot Sports Park access road, which was completed in 2007, had shown continuous subsidence and collapse risks in some parts of the cut slope.
Accordingly, the county conducted a slope safety review last year and, after consulting with experts, proceeded with maintenance using panel-type retaining walls.
Ulju-gun also installed old sidewalks and anti-slip pavement on curved sections to ensure that visitors to Ganjeolgot Sports Park can use the road comfortably and safely.
