GH announced on the 8th that it is recruiting preliminary tenants for youth-type purchase rental housing, which involves purchasing and renovating existing multi-family, multi-household, and officetel properties, and supplying them to non-homeowners at rents lower than the market price. Applications for tenancy will be accepted from the 25th to the 29th of this month and will be processed by mail to prevent COVID-19.
The housing units to be supplied this time are located in Gimpo, Namyangju, Ansan, Suwon, Hwaseong, Gwangmyeong, Pyeongtaek, and Yongin. In particular, the houses located in Suwon Gwanggyo and Namyangju Dasan New Town, developed by GH, are expected to provide young people with affordable prices and high-quality residential infrastructure.
Eligibility for application includes unmarried non-homeowner youth such as students, job seekers, and those aged 19 to 39. Applicants must have an income that is 100% or less of the previous year's average monthly income of urban workers' households (3,854,536 KRW).
