Fresheasy Reports 188.9 Billion KRW in Sales Last Year, Up 48.6% Year-on-Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Fresh Easy, a convenience food specialist company, announced on the 8th that its sales last year reached 188.9 billion KRW, an increase of 48.6% compared to the previous year.
Fresh Easy, a food industry startup established in 2016, has surpassed 25 million cumulative meal kit sales over the past three years. During the same period, the average sales growth rate reached 63%.
Since February last year, Fresh Easy has been exporting 130 types of convenience foods to seven countries including the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines. To expand its overseas business, it is also pursuing exports to new countries in North America and Europe. This year, it plans to accelerate its overseas expansion with a goal of exporting 5 million USD to 15 countries.
