Obigo Signs Contract for 'BlahBlahGO'... "Expanding Various Smart Car Services"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Obigo, a smart car platform service specialist company, announced on the 7th that it has signed a service contract for the audio communication channel broadcast 'BlablaGO' with the community-type audio platform blabla ENM.
Through the Metavoice community service, Obigo allows users to enjoy their own audio platform inside the car or install audio channels where they can create their own broadcasts and communities. Starting this year, various content services such as karaoke and OTT services are being installed inside vehicles to expand in-car infotainment services.
Blabla ENM operates the community-type audio platform Blabla. It focuses on communities based on users' interests, offering the advantage of creating their own broadcasts and communities without restrictions of time and space. Recently, it has secured investments from Hyundai Motor Group Zero1, Daol Investment (formerly KTB Network), Kyobo Securities, and others, solidifying its position as an audio-centered community platform. In the future, BlablaGO plans to introduce original content and various service features that can only be listened to and participated in on BlablaGO.
An Obigo official said, "We highly anticipate the synergy effect between Blabla's community-type audio platform, which is currently serviced in seven Asian countries including Korea, Vietnam, India, and Japan, and our mobility services," adding, "We plan to expand various smart car services such as mobility services and in-car infotainment services in the vehicle infotainment market."
