On the 6th, Deputy Prime Minister Hong visited the construction site of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo Narakeum complex office building, the first youth housing utilizing national property, to check the progress and encourage the staff.
He said, "The Yeongdeungpo complex office building is the first case of a youth public housing complex architecture," adding, "Housing priced lower than the market rate is provided in a location with excellent environment, which will greatly contribute to the residential stability of the youth."

The government is promoting a complex development project that builds youth and newlywed public housing together when reconstructing old government offices and residences. Since July 2018, a total of 16 project sites with about 3,000 public housing units have been selected.
