Gyeongnam Goseong-gun to Suspend Public Health Center COVID-19 'Rapid Antigen Testing' Starting from the 11th
Only High-Risk Group PCR... Other Symptomatic Patients at Local Medical Institutions
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, will suspend the COVID-19 rapid antigen testing conducted at public health centers starting from the 11th, in accordance with government guidelines.
After April 11, high-risk groups and other priority testing subjects can receive PCR tests at public health centers, but other symptomatic individuals can receive diagnosis and testing at local medical institutions such as internal medicine clinics.
The county stated that the recent decrease in confirmed cases and the expansion of neighborhood clinics and hospitals capable of linking diagnosis, treatment, and care using hospital-grade rapid antigen tests (RAT) were taken into consideration.
