View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] SK Geocentric announced on the 6th that its CEO, President Na Kyungsoo, and new employees participated in a volunteer activity picking up plastic waste near Seoul Station and Namdaemun Market.
President Na walked about 2.3 km from the Seoul 7017 elevated walkway in Malli-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, to Namdaemun Market with new employees who joined this year, picking up trash in a 'plogging' volunteer activity. According to SKG, the volunteer event was initiated at President Na's suggestion.

He told the new employees, "Environmental regulations are strengthening starting from Europe and the United States, and the recycled plastic market is growing faster than expected, which will be an opportunity for SKG," adding, "By securing recycling technology, we will build Asia's first recycling cluster and transform into an 'urban mining company.'"
