Gwangju Bank KJ Card Launches Student ID Check Card Event
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangju Bank announced that it will hold a ‘Student ID Check Card Event’ until the 31st of next month.
This event targets freshmen and enrolled students of universities that have signed an agreement with Gwangju Bank for the Student ID Check Card (Chonnam National University, Chosun University, Chosun National University of Science and Technology, Chosun College of Nursing, Dongshin University, Donggang University, Honam University, Gwangju University, Gwangju Women’s University, Mokpo National Maritime University, Honam Theological University, Christian College of Nursing, Chodang University, and Health University) and offers four benefits: ▲ Starbucks beverage coupon ▲ 10% cashback on taxi fares ▲ 5% cashback on campus cafeteria expenses ▲ 500 won cashback upon card issuance and event registration.
For the Starbucks beverage coupon event, after registering for the event and using the Student ID Check Card for over 30,000 won, a Starbucks beverage coupon will be provided.
For the 10% cashback on taxi fares event, after registering for the event and using the Student ID Check Card for taxi rides, 10% of the fare will be refunded, up to 500 won per day and a limit of 5 times per person.
For the 5% cashback on campus cafeteria expenses, when using the Student ID Check Card at the campus cafeteria, 5% cashback will be provided with a maximum of 2,500 won per day and 30,000 won per month.
For the 500 won cashback, simply issuing the card and registering for the event will provide a 500 won cashback.
The Student ID Check Card can be issued not only by visiting Gwangju Bank branches but also remotely. By accessing the QR code or URL posted on each university’s website and following the issuance procedure, the card can be conveniently issued without visiting a branch.
