Wanju-gun and Korea Association of Realtors Promote Sales Activation of Techno 2 Industrial Complex
Signing of Business Agreement for Mutual Cooperation and Partnership Building
[Wanju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Wanju County and the Jeonbuk Branch of the Korea Association of Realtors signed a business agreement on the 6th to establish mutual cooperation and a collaborative relationship for the sale of the Wanju Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex.
At the signing of the business agreement, Wanju County Governor Park Seong-il, Wanju County Council Chairman Kim Jae-cheon, Labor Song, head of the Jeonbuk Branch of the Korea Association of Realtors, Han Yong-hee, head of the Wanju County branch, and Choi Chung-sik, CEO of Wanju Technovalley Co., Ltd., attended. Each institution pledged to make their best efforts for the sale of the industrial complex and promised mutual consultation and support on necessary matters.
Wanju County and the Association of Realtors also agreed to respect each other's opinions and maintain a cooperative relationship based on trust for the successful sale of the industrial complex, as well as to cooperate in promoting the sale of the industrial complex.
Wanju County Governor Park Seong-il said, “I appreciate your cooperation for the sale of the Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex, which is a local issue. I expect that signing a business agreement with the association, which has a nationwide brokerage network, will be a great help for the successful sale of the Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex.”
Labor Song, head of the Jeonbuk Branch of the Korea Association of Realtors, said, “The Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex has excellent accessibility in all directions, and if many companies move in, it is expected to play a pivotal role in the local economy. As the local economy is struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, the association will also actively support the revitalization of sales.”
Currently, the Wanju Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex, which has recorded a 95% progress rate, has exceeded a 70% sales rate including MOUs expressing investment intentions and actual contracts. Recently, it also announced the sale of neighborhood living and quasi-residential land within the mini complex town.
