Woori Bank Launches Real Estate Platform 'Woori Wonderland' Offering Loan Consultations
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Woori Bank announced on the 6th that it has launched the ‘Woori Wonderland’ mobile application (app), a real estate platform.
Woori Wonderland is a real estate finance specialized app that allows easy access to real estate information, subscription, and financial services. Users can check apartment complex information as well as nearby convenience facilities, school districts, and transportation information. It also provides specialized services such as the Housing and Urban Fund service and real estate concierge service.
By using the Quick & Easy loan consultation service, users can check loan limits and interest rates. If a real estate loan is needed, users can enter basic information and receive professional loan consultation remotely at their preferred time without visiting a branch. Additionally, there is a ‘Subscription Total Consulting Service’ that offers subscription product enrollment, subscription score and ranking information, and customized sales information for areas of interest.
The app is designed in partnership with various real estate-related companies such as Dabang, ValueMap, and Real Estate R114, allowing users of these services to also receive Wonderland loan consultation services. Joint marketing with these companies will provide various financial services and partnership benefits.
To commemorate the app launch, a giveaway event for new sign-up customers is also being held. Customers who sign up for the app and take out real estate mortgage loans or jeonse loans will receive an annual interest rate discount of 0.1 percentage points starting from the 11th.
