Shinhan Vietnam Bank Provides Commercial Real Estate Financial Advisory with RSquare Vietnam
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Shinhan Vietnam Bank announced on the 6th that it has signed a business agreement with RSquare Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to provide commercial real estate information. Shinhan Vietnam Bank is a subsidiary of Shinhan Bank.
RSquare Vietnam is the local subsidiary of RSquare, which specializes in providing data on domestic commercial real estate listings. RSquare Vietnam provides more than 15,000 commercial real estate data entries per month, including listings and market prices, mainly in Ho Chi Minh City and the Hanoi industrial complex areas.
Through this agreement, RSquare Vietnam will offer commercial real estate listings and market price information services for factories, offices, and logistics warehouses to corporate clients recommended by Shinhan Bank, while Shinhan Vietnam Bank will provide local financing related to real estate purchases.
