Darak is an urban shared warehouse and self-storage service that allows customers to rent the amount of space they need for the desired period. In particular, Darak is convenient for single-person households with limited space or customers who want to safely store hobby or seasonal items.
KT will apply the unmanned warehouse monitoring service for the first time at the newly operated Darak Euljiro branch. Unmanned warehouse operators can manage the space remotely and respond quickly and efficiently to all situations occurring inside the warehouse. Additionally, unmanned warehouse users can access and monitor their respective warehouses through a smartphone app.
Along with this, KT utilized its proprietary technology, Open Internet of Things (IoT) Makers, for the unmanned warehouse monitoring service. Open IoT Makers is a technology that collects and manages data from various devices. Through this, Second Syndrome can operate monitoring services for each branch while also managing all branches nationwide in an integrated manner.
An integrated service combining spatial platform capabilities and security platform capabilities is also provided. The spatial platform includes temperature and humidity sensors for a comfortable environment, air quality management through air conditioning control, and door lock control for access management.
