Police: "No Suspicion of Anti-State Activities"... Bomb Transferred to Military
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A bomb was discovered at an apartment reconstruction construction site in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, prompting an investigation by the police and military.
On the 2nd, Seongdong Fire Station received a report at 9:22 a.m. from the site manager at the Seongsu-dong apartment reconstruction site, stating, "A bomb has been found, please come and check." The bomb was reportedly first discovered by a worker operating an excavator during ground work.
The fire authorities requested cooperation from the police and began controlling the nearby site.
