KB Insurance Holds Launch Ceremony for 16th Customer Panel 'KB Hope Supporters'
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] KB Insurance announced on the 29th that it held the inauguration ceremony for the 16th class of its official customer panel, 'KB Hope Supporters,' at the main conference room of its headquarters located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and has begun full-scale activities.
KB Hope Supporters is a customer panel system operated since 2012 to listen to customers' voices and reflect their opinions across overall management. The inauguration ceremony held on this day marks the start of approximately four months of activities.
The nine panelists selected for the 16th class will directly experience customer-facing services at KB Insurance and propose improvements identified from the customer's perspective.
Starting this year, a mobile customer panel, a non-face-to-face communication channel, will be additionally operated. Through a total of 140 mobile customer panelists, various customer voices will be collected via mobile surveys and promptly reflected in future products, systems, and services.
