Yoon Elected President Forms 7-Member US-Korea Policy Consultation Delegation Including Park Jin and Cho Tae-yong
Scheduled to Visit the US Early Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol finalized the appointment of the Korea-US Policy Consultation Delegation on the 29th.
The spokesperson office of the president-elect announced that on the same day, Park Jin, a member of the People Power Party, was appointed as the head of the Korea-US Policy Consultation Delegation.
The deputy head will be Cho Tae-yong, a member of the People Power Party and former Vice Foreign Minister. Along with them, Professor Jung Jae-ho of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Seoul National University, Professor Park Cheol-hee of the Graduate School of International Studies at Seoul National University, retired Major General Pyo Se-woo (former Defense Attach? at the Korean Embassy in the US), Associate Research Fellow Yeon Won-ho of the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, and foreign press spokesperson Kang In-seon of the president-elect were named to the delegation.
