[Asia Economy Sejong=Reporter Son Seon-hee] Among government agencies, the National Assembly was found to have the lowest public trust.
According to the '2021 Social Indicators of Korea' recently released by Statistics Korea, the National Assembly received a trust rating of only 34.4% in a survey on government agencies trusted by the public as of last year, the lowest among all agencies. Public trust in government agencies generally increased compared to the previous year. In particular, trust in the National Assembly, courts, and prosecution rose by more than 10 percentage points from the previous year.
