E-Land Retail Selects Yoon Sung-dae as New CEO... Dual Leadership with Ahn Young-hoon
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] E-Land Group announced on the 25th that it will completely reorganize its organizational structure by establishing an integrated online business division for the group and designing a next-generation offline distribution platform.
E-Land World has established a new online business division that consolidates the online capabilities scattered across the group along with the existing fashion business division, with CEO Choi Woon-sik overseeing it. E-Land Retail appointed new CEO Yoon Sung-dae and will operate under a co-CEO system with CEO Ahn Young-hoon. The organization structure has been significantly reorganized to design the next-generation distribution platform, enable independent management of each business division, and enhance competitiveness.
Through this organizational restructuring, the online shopping platforms 'E-Land Mall' and 'KiddyKiddy,' which were operated by E-Land Retail, will be transferred to the E-Land World online business division. The newly launched E-Land World online business division will possess all forms of online platforms, from comprehensive online shopping platforms to vertical specialty malls and official brand malls, creating synergy.
As a comprehensive shopping platform, 'E-Land Mall' hosts 3,000 brands and handles 300,000 products. The vertical specialty shopping platforms include the children's specialty shopping platform 'KiddyKiddy' and the taste-based fashion platform 'FolderStyle.com.' Additionally, official malls for rapidly growing brands such as New Balance, SPAO, and MISSO have been added. Furthermore, plans are underway to prepare a next-generation online platform that combines fashion, distribution, dining, hotels, and entertainment businesses.
E-Land Retail's business divisions have been simplified into three: Retail Operations Division, Hyper Division, and Global Fashion Division. The plan is to grant autonomy so that each division can operate independently and enhance competitiveness through external expansion.
