Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters Holds 'Video Editing Training' for Public Relations Officers
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters conducted a non-face-to-face video editing training for public relations officers of fire stations within the province.
The Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters announced that over two days, from the 24th to the 25th, professional instructors including Park Jeong-ah, adjunct professor at Soongsil University (Ph.D. in Film and Video Studies), and Lee So-ra, an engineer at SCK, led the training covering basic video theory, video editing, Photoshop and sound editing, PDF creation, and document editing.
About 60 participants, including public relations officers from the headquarters and each fire station as well as those interested in video editing, took part in this training.
Jo Jae-gwan, head of the Fire Public Relations Team at Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters, said, "As non-face-to-face fire public relations activities are increasing externally in the COVID-19 era, we prepared this training to enhance the ability of public relations staff to express various ideas about fire policy promotion through content." He added, "We hope that through completing this training, they will be able to produce unique promotional content that can attract the interest of residents."
