The city explained the necessity of the 10 core projects of the Smart Green Industrial Complex for next year and actively requested support to help Gumi National Industrial Complex leap forward as a future-oriented industrial complex.
The main proposed projects are ▲Establishment of energy self-sufficient infrastructure (37.5 billion KRW) ▲Construction of a preventive XR metaverse safety complex for workers (15 billion KRW) ▲Establishment of a business diversification growth support platform (12.9 billion KRW) ▲Creation of a specialized major for smart manufacturing workforce training (3.6 billion KRW) ▲Establishment of 5G·IoA standard manufacturing innovation process modules (13 billion KRW) ▲Fostering Gumi-type New Deal small and medium enterprises (18.8 billion KRW).
In particular, there was consensus on the necessity of the 'Establishment of energy self-sufficient infrastructure' project, which is a government public offering project, and the need to respond to global eco-friendly regulations such as carbon neutrality.
